Our office is open to the public as of July 5, 2021. To ensure the safety of our clients and employees we are following provincial and local public health unit guidelines as we welcome you back. The following protocols must be adhered to:

  • Everyone is expected to wear a face covering from the time they enter the building until the time they exit the building.
  • If you are not wearing a face covering, our receptionist will offer a disposable face covering, which will be provided free of cost to you.
  • Anyone refusing to wear a face covering will be asked to leave the building immediately. They will also be asked to complete their business transaction electronically or be given the option to attend the office at a later date. However, they will need to adhere to Company protocols at that time, including wearing a facial covering.
  • Visitors will be asked to sanitize their hands using the hand sanitizer dispenser located in the reception area or their own personal supply of hand sanitizer if that is their preference due to allergy/scent related concerns.
  • Anyone refusing to sanitize their hands will be asked to leave the building immediately. They will also be asked to complete their business transaction electronically or be given the option to attend at a later date. However, they will need to adhere to Company protocols at that time, including sanitizing their hands.
  • Every visitor to the building must complete a Symptom Screening Questionnaire and Contact Tracing Form. If the screening questionnaire is positive, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
  • Please note that we have a No Handshake Policy in effect at this time.
  • Please practice social distancing as much as possible while in our office.
