We’re looking for an Account Executive who brings professionalism, accountability, and a people-first approach. In this pivotal role, you’ll work directly with clients to provide trusted advice, solve problems, and help them feel confident in their insurance choices — all with the tools, mentoring, and support you need to thrive.

The Opportunity:

As an Account Executive, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our clients. You’ll draw on your insurance expertise to provide timely advice, review policies, resolve client inquiries, report claims, and ensure smooth service delivery. You’ll also support growth by selling new business, developing cross-selling opportunities, and responding to prospective client requests with professionalism and accuracy. By building strong relationships with clients and insurers, and collaborating closely with your teammates, you’ll deliver an exceptional client experience while supporting the expansion of our Marine division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely, professional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met with care.
  • Process renewals, new business, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately.
  • Handle incoming paperwork, claims, and client requests in line with service standards.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date client records in our systems.
  • Identify coverage gaps and recommend solutions that give clients peace of mind.
  • Provide certificates of insurance to clients, dealers, and finance companies as required.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and insurers through clear, trusted communication.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and support the Marine team as needed.

What You Bring to the Role:

We’re looking for someone who combines technical knowledge with genuine people skills. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and approachable — someone clients trust to take care of their insurance needs.

Qualifications:

  • RIBO license (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong communicator with solid attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus.
  • Team-focused and eager to share knowledge.
